Food Frequency: Your Mind is Fucking Powerful

This morning I had a big, hearty breakfast. Now I'm drinking my coffee with coconut sugar and organic oat milk (apparently oat milk is the devil now but I'm just not ready to accept that HA).
I made sausage and eggers on sourdough english muffins…
But here's the thing.
I never used to buy those types of groceries because sausage and english muffins aren't ‘healthy’.
Yet, I'd happily order them from a restaurant or fast food place without a second thought, because treat yoself LOL.
After reflecting on this bizarre pattern, I finally decided to be honest with myself. I clearly enjoy these things, and when I make them myself I know that the energy I pour into their creation elevates their frequency. So I started buying the damn things. And I'm loving it.
Before we move forwards, lemme get a little nerdy with you for a minute here:
The thing is, everything in this world is made up of vibrating light particles. It all vibes at different levels. Which is where the term "good vibes" comes from. It literally means "high vibrational frequency." And we're made up of frequency too. It might sound complicated, but it's basic physics and once you understand it, everything starts making A LOT more sense!
SO. It's no wonder that food has different frequencies too.
There are quite a few different ways that food frequency can shift. Because, keep in mind that frequencies shift often!!

Here are a few common factors that play into the frequency of your food by the time it gets to your plate:
1. The Animals Our Meat is From
How were the animals treated? Did they have a stressful death (cortisol)? Did they have appropriate, high vibrational meals? This all impacts the frequency. BUT. I know that not everyone can afford to eat the best of the best meat all of the time. So if you're eating meat, follow the steps below to raise the frequency of it before eating it <3
2. The Store or Farm You Buy It From
What's the vibe in the store? Do the employees that handle the food seem happy or hate their job? What's the lighting like?
3. The Chemicals On Our Food
Again, I know not everyone can afford or even has access to all organic food. And even with organic food, much of it unfortunately has chemicals still. Cleanse your food really well with ACV or an all-natural fruit and veggie spray. Try to at least buy organic bananas, strawberries and other fruits and veg that are most often full of chemicals.
4. Your Energy and Thoughts About the Food
If you feel super stoked about the bacon on your plate and have so much gratitude for stuff like the chef, the waitress and the pig that it came from, the frequency of your food increases. If you're at home making cookies and you're pissed that you have to do this chore, your cookies might be lower frequency because they're literally absorbing your energy as you create it. See what I mean?
✨ Praying over your food and showing gratitude for it increases the frequency ✨

I've said it once and I'll say it again a million times:
PRAYING ISN'T JUST A RELIGIOUS THING. It's a powerful way to pour intentional energy into something. It shifts frequency through our focused attention.
If you're someone that loves animals but still eats meat, I strongly recommend this practice of showing gratitude for the meat. Instead of feeling guilt, you will feel gratitude.
And the animal's soul will also feel that!! It's a total reframe in so many ways. Of course, again there are many schools of thought with vegan vs meat eating, but I'm not getting into that because I'd be writing an essay haha.
Tips for Increasing Food Frequency:
1. Show Gratitude.
The MOST POWERFUL PRACTICE!! Before you eat your meal, take a moment and feel gratitude in your heart. For the plants and animals, the person who made it, etc. You may choose to put your hands together or to put your hands over your plate and envision the energy of thankfulness pouring into the food.
2. Carefully Source Your Food.
If you can even eat partly organic, that's great. If you can get in touch with a local farmer that treats their animals great, EVEN BETTER. But just know you don't need to go 100% organic and all natural if it's not in your budget. Simply committing to buying farm raised, free range eggs is a great start.
3. Make Your Food With Intention
When you cook or bake, imagine happy thoughts and loving energy pouring into the food. Play some high vibe music, or have fun while you create it. This energy shifts the frequency of the food.
Hopefully that helps!! There's a bit more to the whole food frequency thing, but this blog alone is more information than most people every learn in their entire lifetime about their food!! Remember to use this wisdom to empower yourself. Even if you just simply have gratitude when you eat, that's good enough!!
Sending you all the love,
Tristyn Browning ✨
