After working with so many clients, I have figured out a lot of secret recipes for healing. In a single session, I’ve been able to bring awareness and healing to clients that years of therapy didn’t. 😮Those are their words, not mine.

✨I have the ability to hold massive space for others due to everything I’ve been through and healed.

✨I have a myriad of my own practical tools that I also teach my clients.

✨ My intention for my clients/friends is for them to become self-healers. Their own guru. To have the tools and self love to get themselves through things that used to shake them to their core.

It excites me so much to hear client/friends tell me that they used the tools they learned, to work through very challenging situations. Situations that would have potentially caused them to spiral otherwise. 🙌.That’s the goal.

In my energy healing/therapy sessions I use my psychic abilities, coupled with education in psychology, c-ptsd training, trauma awareness, energy healing, inner child healing, EFT and life coaching.

It has literally changed countless lives with just one session.

One of the most profound aspects of the healing that I do is witnessing people. TRULY seeing people’s beautiful soul and heartbreaking experiences.

It’s so therapeutic for us as humans to be SEEN. To have it validated. To be told we’re not crazy. To have someone help us carry it. 🤗.

I feel what my clients feel. I encourage them not to judge themselves. I unconditionally love and accept them. I help them understand how to love themselves with PRACTICAL steps.

For most of my life I tried to self heal. It wasn’t until I was witnessed by a compassionate, educated woman that I began to truly heal. I had to be vulnerable. And it changed my life. 🌻
